What data we collect and why
If you send a review: we store the name you enter, your rating, your comment and any photographs you attach, in order to publish them on this website. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Abuse prevention: we store an encrypted, irreversible version of your IP address (a hash) in order to limit the number of submissions and prevent spam. We do not keep your IP address in plain text, and that data cannot be used to identify you.
If you write to us on WhatsApp: the processing of that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's terms; we use your data solely to answer your enquiry and manage your booking.
Photographs featuring people
By submitting photographs you confirm that the people appearing in them have authorised you to publish them. If you appear in a photo on this website and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down. alefla62@hotmail.com
Retention
Published reviews are kept for as long as the website is active or until you request their deletion. Reviews that are not published are deleted periodically.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. The data is hosted on the servers of our infrastructure providers, which act as data processors.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, nor any third-party tracking tools. Only the technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are used.
Form limits
For security reasons, each visitor may send up to 3 reviews every 24 hours, with a maximum of 5 photographs of 5 MB. Images are resized and their metadata (including GPS location) is stripped before they are stored.
